WASHING YOUR CAR IS GOOD FOR IT PORZELACK POLISH GUY HANDY HINTS

Washing your car is probably the way you will develop the most scratches and abrasions. Here is some simple things you can do to eliminate a lot of them.

1. Inspect your cloth your going to wash your car make sure there are no little nasty's you for got to wash out and use the right sponge not a dish washing sponge like in the photo.

2. Use a good car shampoo check it is Biodegradable (capable of being decomposed by bacteria or other living organisms and thereby avoiding pollution) sadly not all are.. Porzelack Active Shampoo is..Some shampoos actually harm your polish protection..

PS You only need 70 ml per bucket of Active Shampoo from Porzelack.

3.Get 2 Buckets one with soap and another with clean water preferably proper car wash buckets like in the photo. Proper buckets have a filter to keep the nasty's on the bottom away from your sponge.

4. Always wash from the roof down, and the bottom of the car last where it is normally the dirtiest always continually rinsing your sponge and looking at it, so no grit is lodged in your sponge.

5. Give the sponge a good clean when finishing then let dry in a dust free place, after its dry place in a zip lock plastic bag so it does not get dust on it before its next use.

6. Wash you car weekly or fortnightly the longer you leave your car with dirt the more chances you will have to scratch your car and weaken your paint duco.
