1966 MUSTANG MAKE OVER WITH PORZELACK POLISH

Posted by PETER PORZELACK on

Nothing is better than starting with a rough diamond, this how i saw this 1966 Mustang, when i was asked can it be Porzelacked Polished to look like New..

The paint work was old but good..The Vinyl roof was just dirty.

The cars dust was blown off and because it could not be washed which is a must..

First i cleaned the roof with Vinyl and Leather conditioner i did it twice. The first time cleans the roof i did go through few applicators as the dirt and grime was coming off and the applicators were getting dirty..Then the last coat i buffed off this is a fantastic product for vinyl and leather..

Tip:I put the dirty applicators and cloths used on roof in a plastic bag and then let later take them out and  soak at home in a bucket with dish washing soap (Do not use granule soap).. (Never to be used on the Paint Duco)

My little Plastic bag say Wheels and Roof.

I used Porzelacks Wipe and Shine coming out soon, to try. If not wash and dry the car..

First i used Super Seal with Teflon two coats new applicator.. First time i try and give the Paint work a good cleaning this allows to you keep laying wax in the future with hard work. Let the Super Seal dry hazy.

Tip: I work in small areas makes it manageable and if you do need your car your not stressed its good wax all over it.

Then i wiped off with a clean  microfibre cloth continually turning over to a clean side always make sure you have plenty of clean cloths.

Next was the O wax , this Porzelack Polish has pure Carnauba, which really is great for getting that deep wet look shine and diamond hard, with this product i don't let a long time dry about 10 to 15 minutes is fine.. Then wipe of briskly and you will see your car in a new way and the softness of the duco will amaze..

Last i lock it all in with Brilliant Lacquer.. this also ads more wax really easy to use, just apply evenly over the paint let completely dry.. Then buff off..

I promise you it will amaze you it does every time i use Porzelack Polish

They have not been around for 60 years with out a reason.. It also does not break the bank as we all know we all tightening our belts and try to get the best bang for our bucks.

See the Difference Feel the Difference
